**Quarter IV 2020**: Establish HanaGold Jewelry Joint Stock Company 

**Quarter I 2021**

* Open the head office at 136 Le Tuan Mau, Ward 13, District 6, Ho Chi Minh City
* Complete factory setup

**Quarter II 2021**

* Launch the demo version of HanaGold mobile application 
* Get the first 100 users to experience the application
* Develop 10 agents
* Open 3 showrooms in Can Tho, Ho Chi Minh City, and Hanoi

**Quarter III 2021**

* Complete HanaGold App
* Get 1,000 users
* Acquire 20 Agents
* Reach the sale target of 100 taels of gold

**Quarter IV 2021**

* Get 10,000 users
* Connect 2 more factories
* Increase the number of franchised showrooms to 10 
* Acquire 50 Agents
* Reach the sale target of 200 taels of gold

**Quarter I 2022**

* Connect 10 most prestigious traditional jewelers to the HanaGold system
* Grow the user base to 50,000 users
* Reach 100 agents
* Organize Jewelry Show - Launching exclusive and limited edition of HanaGold’s jewelry collections 

**Quarter II 2022**

* Connect 30 traditional jewelers to HanaGold
* Prepare documents for listing on Upcom Exchange 
* Enable 100 HNG investors to become official shareholders of HanaGold

**Quarter III & IV 2022**

* Establish Vietnam Jewelry Alliance
* List HanaGold on the stock exchange

**2023 - 2025**

* Build a jewelry tourism center in the North and the South of Vietnam
* Develop and expand the business to the international market
